The Monolith LeChef PRO Series 1.0 is the largest ceramic grill from the range and a real heavyweight. With the extensive accessories, it allows direct grilling, indirect cooking, smoking and baking – everything is possible in unimaginable dimensions. And the temperature stable for many hours, thanks to high-quality, thick ceramic. The fire box of the LeChef Pro has also been revised and has a metal base frame, in which the ceramic parts of the fire box can be placed. This new system minimises the risk of voltage cracks in the ceramic and ensures a long life of the fire box.

The Monolith LeChef in the PRO Series 1.0 has the new Smart Grid System as well as an optimised fire box.
The Smart Grid System includes numerous innovations and improvements. The grill grate is divided in the middle, so that the grill surface can only be laid out with half a grate. This 1/2 division continues with the fat drip trays and the deflector stone, so that you have a direct and indirect zone in the grill at the same time. The Smart Grid System is completed by the new „Spidergrip“, which allows the complete Smart Grid system to be removed from the body in one piece.
