In its mobile frame and folding side tables, you always have enough space and are ultra mobile. The Classic Pro standard size offers the same possibilities as the larger models and allows direct grilling, indirect cooking, smoking and baking with the extensive accessories. And the temperature stable for many hours, thanks to high-quality, thick ceramic. The fire box of the Classic Pro has also been revised and has a metal base frame, in which the ceramic parts of the fire box find their place. This new system minimises the risk of voltage cracks in the ceramic and ensures a long life of the fire box.
The Monolith Classic in the Pro Series 2.0 has the new Smart Grid System as well as an optimised fire box and for the model year 2021, Monolith developers have improved their models in small but decisive details:
The tried and tested hinge from the Icon now also comes into the classic, so that you can remove the lid with simple steps. So you have a Plancha / Teppanyaki grill in no time at all using the optional frying plate. The sealing system now consists of a fibreglass seal on the lid and a stainless steel sealing ring on the body. The advantage is that it is very attractive and easy to clean. Changing the seal has also become even easier. The new cast iron lid valve is locked when closed so that it does not accidentally open when the lid is lifted. And last but not least, the new Pro 2.0 series has already integrated a connection for fan systems. So you are optimally prepared to let the ceramic grill run fully automatically using the optional BBQ fan.
