Changing the seal has also become even easier. The new cast iron lid valve is locked when closed so that it does not accidentally open when the lid is lifted. And last but not least, the new Pro 2.0 series has already integrated a connection for fan systems. So you are optimally prepared to let the ceramic grill run fully automatically using the optional BBQ fan.
